Engineering Practice Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and supervise structured learning experiences where students apply theoretical engineering knowledge through experimentation, simulation, and modeling.
• Plan and execute experimental, simulation, and modeling sessions to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
• Facilitate practical sessions and supervise experimental activities, promoting critical thinking and result analysis.
• Design technical materials, protocols, and resources to ensure the proper execution of learning activities.
• Coordinate with lead professors to ensure academic quality, learning assessment, and compliance with institutional accreditation standards.
• Supervise technical execution in various formats, including in-person, remote, or digital environments.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Physical, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong interest in academic and experimental work and interacting with university students.
• Proven communication and group management skills.
• Intermediate-advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level) for a bilingual academic environment.
• Proactive, organized, and service-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in academic laboratories or conducting research.
• Experience in student mentorship or academic support.
