Engineering Practice Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and lead structured learning experiences through experimentation, simulation, and modeling to foster practical engineering skills.
• Plan and execute experimental sessions that allow students to apply theoretical knowledge in practical contexts.
• Facilitate practical sessions and supervise experimental activities, promoting critical thinking and result analysis.
• Design technical materials, protocols, and resources to ensure the proper execution of learning activities.
• Coordinate with lead professors to ensure academic quality, learning assessment, and compliance with institutional accreditation standards.
• Supervise technical execution across in-person, remote, or digital formats.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum B2 English level to operate in a bilingual academic environment.
• Strong communication and group management skills.
• Proactive, organized, and service-oriented mindset.
• Interest in academic work, experimental research, and interacting with university students.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in academic laboratories or conducting research.
• Experience in student mentorship or academic support roles.
