Engineering Practice Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and lead structured learning experiences where students apply theoretical knowledge through experimentation, simulation, and modeling.
• Plan and execute experimental sessions to foster practical skills, critical thinking, and technical analysis.
• Design technical materials, protocols, and resources to ensure the successful execution of learning activities.
• Supervise academic experimental activities and practical sessions, both in-person and remotely.
• Collaborate with lead professors to ensure academic quality, learning assessment, and compliance with institutional accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Biotechnology, Nanotechnology, Food Engineering, or related engineering fields.
• Strong interest in academic work, experimental research, and interacting with university students.
• Excellent communication, group management, and organizational skills.
• Minimum English proficiency level of B2.
• Ability to work onsite at the Sinaloa Campus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in academic laboratories or conducting scientific research.
• Experience in student mentorship or academic support roles.
