About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and lead structured learning experiences where students apply theoretical knowledge through experimentation, simulation, and modeling.
- Plan and execute experimental sessions to foster practical skills, critical thinking, and technical analysis.
- Design technical materials, protocols, and resources to ensure the successful execution of learning activities.
- Supervise academic experimental activities and practical sessions, both in-person and remotely.
- Collaborate with lead professors to ensure academic quality, learning assessment, and compliance with institutional accreditation standards.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Biotechnology, Nanotechnology, Food Engineering, or related engineering fields.
- Strong interest in academic work, experimental research, and interacting with university students.
- Excellent communication, group management, and organizational skills.
- Minimum English proficiency level of B2.
- Ability to work onsite at the Sinaloa Campus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in academic laboratories or conducting scientific research.
- Experience in student mentorship or academic support roles.
