Engineering Practice Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and execute structured learning experiences, including experimentation, simulation, and modeling, to help students apply theoretical engineering knowledge.
• Facilitate practical sessions and supervise experimental activities, promoting critical thinking and the analysis of technical results.
• Develop technical materials, protocols, and resources to ensure the effective execution of learning activities.
• Supervise technical execution across in-person, remote, or digital formats.
• Collaborate with lead professors to ensure academic quality, student assessment, and compliance with institutional accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in academic and experimental work and interacting with university students.
• Excellent communication and group management skills.
• Proactive, organized, and service-oriented mindset.
• Intermediate-advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in academic laboratories.
• Experience in research or student mentorship/support roles.
