Engineering Practice Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and lead structured learning experiences where students apply theoretical engineering knowledge through experimentation, simulation, and modeling.
• Plan and execute experimental sessions to promote critical thinking and technical analysis.
• Design technical materials, protocols, and resources to ensure effective learning activities.
• Supervise the technical execution of practical activities in person, remotely, or digitally.
• Collaborate with lead professors to ensure academic quality, learning assessment, and compliance with institutional accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in academic and experimental work and interacting with university students.
• Excellent communication and group management skills.
• Intermediate-advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• Proactive, organized, and service-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in academic laboratories or conducting research.
• Experience in student mentorship or academic support.
