Engineering Practice Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and execute structured learning experiences, including experimentation, simulation, and modeling, to help students apply theoretical knowledge.
• Facilitate practical sessions and supervise experimental activities, promoting critical thinking and technical result analysis.
• Develop technical materials, protocols, and resources to ensure high-quality learning execution.
• Coordinate with lead professors to ensure academic quality, student assessment, and compliance with institutional accreditation standards.
• Supervise technical execution across in-person, remote, or digital formats.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Computer Systems Engineering, AI Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or Electronic Engineering with a programming specialty.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C/C++, or R.
• Solid knowledge of data science, machine learning, and engineering mathematics (probability, statistics, and optimization).
• Intermediate-advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication, group management, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated interest in academic and experimental work with university students.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in developing applied computational projects for engineering.
