Engineering Practice Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and execute structured learning experiences, including experimentation, simulation, and modeling, to help students apply theoretical knowledge.
• Facilitate practical sessions and supervise experimental activities, promoting critical thinking and the analysis of technical results.
• Develop technical materials, protocols, and resources to ensure the effective execution of learning activities.
• Supervise technical execution across in-person, remote, or digital formats.
• Collaborate with lead professors to ensure academic quality, learning assessment, and compliance with institutional accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Physical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Proficiency in computational modeling and simulation tools.
• Intermediate-advanced English level (minimum B2) for a bilingual academic environment.
• Strong communication, group management, and organizational skills.
• Interest in academic work and interaction with university students.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a relevant discipline.
• Experience teaching university-level physics (mechanics, electricity, magnetism, thermodynamics, optics).
• Experience teaching calculus, differential equations, linear algebra, or numerical methods.
