Engineering Placement

Responsibilities

• Contribute to high-temperature heat pump development and advanced thermal systems projects
• Support experimental testing and analyze performance data
• Refine system models to support sustainable energy solutions
• Assist with system design, component specification, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with Future Technology and Mechanical Engineering teams

Requirements

• Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in an engineering discipline
• Must be participating in an agreed University work placement scheme
• Strong analytical thinking skills and a curious mindset
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship for the duration of the 12-month placement (July 2026 – July 2027)
