Engineering & Operations Leadership Graduate Program

Responsibilities

• Complete a three-year leadership development program consisting of three 12-month rotations
• Gain hands-on experience across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Quality departments
• Work on impactful, real-world projects that contribute directly to company success
• Rotate through at least two different manufacturing plants within Italy
• Develop core competencies in food manufacturing, project engineering, continuous improvement, and people leadership

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related Engineering/Operations field
• Fluency in both Italian and English
• Flexibility to relocate to different locations within Italy for various rotations
• Strong problem-solving skills, agility, and the ability to navigate ambiguity
