Engineering & Operations Leadership Graduate Program

Responsibilities

• Complete a three-year leadership development program consisting of three 12-month rotations.
• Gain hands-on experience across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Quality departments.
• Execute impactful, real-world projects that contribute directly to the success of food manufacturing plants.
• Develop operational leadership skills through direct responsibility and mentorship.
• Rotate between at least two different manufacturing plants within Spain to gain diverse operational exposure.

Requirements

• Degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably within the food or FMCG sector.
• Minimum English proficiency level of B2 (Intermediate-high) for international communication and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in computer and office software.
• Flexibility to relocate between different plant locations within Spain during rotations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt certification is a plus), 5S, Kaizen, SMED, or PDCA.
• Understanding of quality management and food safety systems, specifically HACCP.
• Knowledge of industrial automation and process control systems.
