About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete a three-year leadership development program consisting of three 12-month rotations.
- Gain hands-on experience across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Quality departments.
- Execute impactful, real-world projects that contribute directly to the success of food manufacturing plants.
- Develop operational leadership skills through direct responsibility and mentorship.
- Rotate between at least two different manufacturing plants within Spain to gain diverse operational exposure.
Requirements
- Degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably within the food or FMCG sector.
- Minimum English proficiency level of B2 (Intermediate-high) for international communication and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in computer and office software.
- Flexibility to relocate between different plant locations within Spain during rotations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt certification is a plus), 5S, Kaizen, SMED, or PDCA.
- Understanding of quality management and food safety systems, specifically HACCP.
- Knowledge of industrial automation and process control systems.
