Engineering Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CTO and Engineering Leadership on process design, organizational models, and operational decision-making.
• Manage the operational rhythm of the Engineering organization, including planning cycles, milestone tracking, and delivery visibility.
• Build and maintain frameworks to help Engineering prioritize high-impact initiatives and make defensible trade-offs.
• Oversee and track Engineering OKRs to ensure alignment with the company’s long-term vision.
• Own the end-to-end management of Linear to serve as the organization's source of truth for work management.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide data-driven insights into team performance and productivity.
• Design and automate scalable processes to close operational gaps across the delivery lifecycle.
• Act as the connective tissue between Engineering and cross-functional partners such as Product, BD, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, engineering operations, or a similar function.
• Experience working within FinTech, high-growth tech startups, or Web3 environments.
• Deep understanding of engineering operating models, prioritization frameworks, and execution systems.
• Proven track record of building and improving operational processes and automation from the ground up.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building performance dashboards and data-driven reports.
• Proficiency with Linear or similar issue-tracking and execution systems.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting or partnering closely with executive leadership.
• Experience designing and running training sessions for technical teams.
