Engineering Officer

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor aircraft, engine, and component configuration data in AMOS to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Validate and update component counters and life-limited parts based on vendor documentation and maintenance program revisions.
• Establish and maintain master and unit configurations for all new and existing airframes and assemblies.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Programs, Engineering, and Technical Records teams to ensure consistent configuration standards.
• Prepare and submit compliance and transition reports for aircraft lease transitions and continuing airworthiness reviews.
• Resolve discrepancies in configuration data and system records through coordination with internal departments and external vendors.
• Manage the creation of part numbers and aircraft configurations in collaboration with Engineering/AMP teams.
• Lead training initiatives on AMOS functionality and configuration control processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or an Aircraft Maintenance License with at least 3 years of aviation maintenance experience.
• Alternatively, a Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance with 5 years of experience in aviation engineering and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance and engineering processes, including maintenance planning and supply chain operations.
• Deep understanding of applicable aviation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using AMOS or similar aviation IT systems.
• This position is open to UAE Nationals only.
