Engineering Multi-Skill Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for P-8 sustainment integration across worldwide customer support activities.
• Lead P-8 engineering support for international customer sustainment and represent BDS P-8 Engineering in stakeholder meetings.
• Serve as the primary engineering integration focal for BGS P-8 sustainment development contracts, including estimating and execution support.
• Lead engineering export coordination for ICP/TAA delegation and review to ensure compliance with U.S. export laws.
• Establish and maintain the operating rhythm for BGS development project support and facilitate engineering tag-up meetings.
• Guide the BDS Augmented FST and oversee FMS sustainment engineering execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
• At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, manager, or large-scale cross-functional project management) or completion of Boeing's "Exploring Leadership" course.
• U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading people, projects, or teams.
• Experience with the P-8A aircraft.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time.
• Strong project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience presenting technical content to Boeing and customer leadership.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
