Engineering Multi-Skill Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead integration efforts for Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) supporting production lots
• Translate engineering strategy into measurable milestones and communicate progress to senior leadership
• Support the Program Risk and Opportunity Board regarding technical integration activities
• Coordinate resource requirements with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure executable proposals
• Partner with Business Development and Program Management on future production lot campaigns
• Provide integration support for production improvement and quality initiatives
• Review and approve technical exports to ensure compliance with U.S. export law and policy

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
• At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, manager, or large-scale project management)
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance (Secret level)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the P-8A aircraft
• 3+ years of experience leading people, projects, or teams
• Experience presenting technical content to executive and customer leadership
• Strong project management, change management, and analytical skills
