Responsibilities
- Support process improvement and production readiness initiatives
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation for manufacturing processes
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues at customer sites
- Conduct layout and material flow reviews
- Coordinate with suppliers and support product launch activities
- Perform technical analysis and operational problem solving
Requirements
- Engineering, manufacturing, industrial, technical, or operations-related background
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Practical problem-solving mindset
- Comfort working in manufacturing, production, office, or customer-site environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- SAP, CAD, AutoCAD, Power BI, quality systems, or project tools experience is helpful
