Engineering Manager/Senior Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-caliber engineering team, driving excellence in predictability, quality, and velocity
• Serve as a hands-on technical leader in architecture, design, and code reviews
• Modernize and extend large-scale production systems while building next-generation AI-powered capabilities
• Develop end-to-end development strategies in collaboration with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Implement ideas for improved product experiences, including new products and enhanced UX
• Attract, retain, and foster the growth of top engineering talent
• Establish and maintain best-in-class engineering practices and processes

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the product industry
• 4+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
• Strong technical skills in both frontend and backend development
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and web services
• Experience developing AI agents using GenAI infrastructure (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI)
• Proven ability to build, scale, and maintain high-performance engineering teams
• A "war-time" leadership mindset with the ability to navigate uncertainty and drive success

• Experience with SaaS products and working in fast-paced startup environments
