Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of developers, owning technical architecture and delivery strategy
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for Adobe marketing solutions
• Oversee implementation of new features, bug fixes, and complex configurations
• Collaborate with Architects and Technical Project Managers on deployment plans and estimates
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance management to developers
• Conduct complex technical investigations and troubleshooting
• Contribute to technical roadmaps and resource allocation

Requirements

• 8+ years of Adobe development experience
• 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship role
• Deep expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, or Adobe Audience Manager)
• Proficiency in Python or Java and advanced API integrations
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL
• Relevant Adobe certifications (ACE Developer, Adobe Certified Master, or AEP Developer Professional)
• Experience with code versioning, automated testing, and secure coding practices
• Understanding of data models, optimization techniques, and GDPR principles
• Exceptional English communication and presentation skills
