Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of developers, owning technical architecture and delivery strategy
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for Adobe marketing solutions
• Oversee implementation of new features, bug fixes, and complex configurations
• Collaborate with Architects and Project Managers to define technical specifications and deployment plans
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance management to developers
• Ensure successful integration, testing, and deployment of client applications
• Contribute to technical roadmaps and resource allocation

Requirements

• 8+ years of Adobe development experience
• 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship capacity
• Deep expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, or Adobe Audience Manager)
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or other programming languages
• Experience with API integrations and code versioning systems
• Knowledge of data models, optimization techniques, and GDPR principles
• Exceptional English communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an agency or consulting environment
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL
• Adobe certifications (ACE Developer, Adobe Certified Master - Architect, or Adobe Experience Platform Developer Professional)
• Experience with automated integration and security testing
