About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering squad, fostering a high-performing, agile culture.
  • Drive technical delivery of Participation platforms, contributing to architecture, coding standards, and continuous improvement.
  • Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices to ensure reliable delivery.
  • Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security across customer-facing systems, including incident management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading engineering teams delivering high-scale, high-availability digital platforms.
  • Strong technical expertise in Azure, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
  • Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, and modern software engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with .NET, SQL/NoSQL databases, React, and ASP.NET.
  • Experience with or exposure to Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Ability to hold (or obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
