Engineering Manager, Telemetry Platform

Responsibilities

• Lead the hiring, onboarding, and mentorship of a high-performing team of Full Stack and Data Infrastructure engineers
• Execute the roadmap for the Unified Telemetry platform, balancing immediate wins with long-term scalability
• Manage the development of Event Schema Design UI and ClickStream Event Inspector alongside Complex Event Processing and Enrichment Frameworks
• Champion a culture of reliability, quality, and technical rigor

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering
• 2+ years of hands-on management experience leading high-growth teams
• Strong understanding of modern Front End frameworks and Data Infrastructure (high-throughput ingestion, distributed systems)
• Familiarity with Go, Kotlin, Python, React, Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink, or Snowflake
• B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
