Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of core backend systems including data models, queries, and GraphQL APIs
• Partner with Product Management to translate media buying needs into technical requirements and execution plans
• Ensure 99.9%+ uptime for Campaign Execution services, order processing, and traffic delivery
• Drive execution practices including sprint planning, prioritization, and dependency management
• Provide technical leadership through architectural guidance, design reviews, and code quality standards
• Manage and develop engineers through regular 1:1s, coaching, and career development

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Minimum 2 years in an engineering management role
• Experience in AdTech, specifically programmatic and CTV streaming advertising
• Strong technical background in data modeling, APIs, and relational databases
• Proficiency with Python, AWS, Airflow, and queuing systems
• Experience using metrics and SLAs to guide priorities
