Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of 8–12 engineers through recruiting, coaching, and career development.
• Provide technical direction and unblock engineers using your full-stack background.
• Drive fast execution and maintain technical quality within a high-growth, high-ambiguity environment.
• Partner closely with Product, Operations, and Data teams to deliver measurable business impact.
• Shape team structure, culture, and engineering processes as the organization scales.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing and growing engineering teams of 8 or more people.
• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a focus on full-stack development.
• Proven track record of balancing rapid execution with technical excellence in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally to drive customer and business impact.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in health tech, healthcare operations, or logistics (routing, scheduling, or forecasting).
• Experience scaling backend systems to support rapid business growth and operational complexity.
• Hands-on experience with Big Data, data platforms, and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of data privacy, HIPAA compliance, and security best practices in regulated industries.
