Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a growing team of talented engineers in the design, development and support of our AI-powered migrations product
• Deliver products in a fast-paced ecosystem of professional services, partners, and customers
• Guide the team through an evolving AI ecosystem to build AI-first products
• Support engineers in their career development by providing clear feedback and developing engineering leaders
• Translate product requirements into engineering work for your team
• Collaborate with other local and global teams/leaders in the Engineering and Product Management organizations
• Use technical leadership to reliably deliver on complex projects while keeping the quality bar high
• Foster a culture of creativity and innovation while promoting practical decision-making

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and delivering enterprise products
• 3+ years of experience leading and scaling a team of engineers
• Strong familiarity with data ecosystems including databases, analytics, data engineering, and ETL
• Experience building and delivering tools or platforms for data engineers or developers
• Proven experience delivering products involving AI-powered code translation, developer co-pilots, or complex semantic validation
