Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy and execution from idea formulation to deployment
• Provide deep technical oversight through design reviews and architecture discussions
• Mentor and coach engineers on technical challenges and career development
• Define team plans and deliverables while ensuring platform availability and performance
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate user needs into technical roadmaps
• Lead improvements in engineering processes, tooling, and standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience designing and building large-scale user-facing systems
• 3+ years of experience managing teams building mission-critical, high-throughput, low-latency systems
• Strong hands-on skills with ability to drill deep into complex system design
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive development experience in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
