Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor engineers developing both existing and new initiatives across the Zephyr portfolio
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within your team
• Partner closely with PMs, UX, and peer engineering teams to deliver impactful business outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement throughout the full software development lifecycle
• Apply Agile methodologies to ensure efficient delivery, testing, and deployment
• Define and measure processes and metrics that ensure market readiness and customer value

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing software development teams
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Strong software development experience and ability to coach engineers
• Knowledge of public and private cloud technologies
• Ability to turn high-level goals into actionable plans with clear deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in SaaS companies
• Exposure to on-premise deployments with distributed teams
