Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Product Engineering Team focused on Wafer Probe in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Collaborate with Production Planning, Quality, Test Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes
• Drive yield performance by implementing strategies to enhance yield metrics and managing non-conforming material
• Deliver quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives for the Operations group
• Lead cross-functional and Lean activity teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
• Partner with internal Development, Fab Operations, and Module Build & Test teams to deliver innovative technologies

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Physics
• 8+ years of experience in Yield, Defect Density, or Technology Development roles in semiconductor wafer processing
• Proficiency with data analytical tools such as JMP
• Strong troubleshooting skills to address complex and novel technical issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume fab with leading-edge technology
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods and Six Sigma
