About the Company

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the engineering team
• Build, train, and manage a strong team of engineers
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, standards, and processes
• Collaborate with product management and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance
• Define project milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress
• Lead efforts to ensure system security, compliance, and data protection
• Create and maintain the technical vision and architecture for the global SaaS offering

Requirements

• 6-8 years of progressive experience in software engineering
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript technologies (Django, Flask, React.js, Node.js)
• Familiarity with modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3)
• Proven ability to build, mentor, and motivate high-performing engineering teams
• Experience independently running engineering functions from planning to delivery
• Understanding of infrastructure and running products as a service for high availability and scalability
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
