Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performing engineering teams to build and deliver products on a modern data architecture platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups, executive teams, and field teams to devise business impact product strategy
• Own the execution and delivery of roadmaps to ensure team and business success
• Enable team members to realize their potential through coaching, mentoring, and career development
• Partner with staffing teams to recruit and build high-performing engineering talent
• Instill a strong sense of ownership and accountability within the engineering organization
• Participate in technical discussions regarding architecture and implementation techniques

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Strong computer science fundamentals
• Demonstrated technical architecture and engineering skills
• Strong product sense and ability to make data-driven decisions
