Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional groups, executive teams, and field teams to devise business-impact product strategies
• Enable engineering team members to realize their potential and achieve career development goals through coaching and mentoring
• Own the execution and delivery of product roadmaps to ensure business and team success
• Partner with the staffing team to recruit, hire, and build high-performing engineering teams
• Instill a strong sense of ownership and accountability within the team
• Participate in technical discussions regarding architecture and implementation techniques to optimize user directives

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Strong computer science fundamentals
• Demonstrated technical architecture and engineering skills
• Proven experience hiring and developing high-performing engineering teams

• Strong product sense and ability to make data-driven decisions
