Engineering Manager-Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Build and manage high-performing Salesforce engineering teams
• Drive technical vision and manage complex integrations
• Coach Scrum teams in Agile excellence and continuous learning
• Partner with Architects to modernize roadmaps and reduce technical debt
• Collaborate with Product Owners to translate requirements into technical designs
• Ensure code quality, best practices, and smooth software releases
• Identify automation opportunities and internal tools to boost productivity
• Manage project timelines, risk assessments, and stakeholder expectations

Requirements

• 12+ years of overall experience in engineering
• 7+ years of hands-on experience working in Salesforce
• 3+ years of leading software engineering teams in an agile environment
• Deep understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales, Manufacturing, Service, or Data Cloud
• Proven experience in designing custom solutions and managing integrations
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, reporting, and database design
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with CI/CD and Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an Architect role
• Active Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Application Architect, Development Lifecycle & Deployment Architect)
• Experience with Mulesoft
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles
