Engineering Manager - RF Interconnect Products

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in the conceptualization, design, and development of RF/Microwave interconnect products
• Review and rationalize new product scopes and critique design architectures
• Participate in and support peer design reviews and team efforts
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering team members
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and delegate tasks to ensure progress
• Identify technology gaps and sponsor projects to address them
• Establish and manage team metrics and communicate regularly with Marketing, Quality, and Operations

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in RF Interconnect Design
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and debugging mmWave (40+ GHz) interconnect products
• Proficiency in interpreting s-parameter and Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) measurements
• Strong mechanical aptitude including blueprint reading, GD&T, and tolerance stack-ups
• Proven experience leading and supervising engineers
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or Management
• Knowledge of electromagnetic simulation techniques and/or network analyzer operation
• Knowledge of process capability as it pertains to precision machining
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, MS Project, and SharePoint Document Management
