Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of 3+ engineers, ensuring clarity of purpose and healthy execution
• Maintain a startup mindset in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Own technical execution and delivery of backend systems, automation platforms, and agent infrastructure
• Partner with Product, Ops, and cross-functional teams to translate problems into shipped solutions
• Manage project and resource prioritization with technical rigor
• Uphold high standards in system design, code quality, and engineering operations
• Coach and develop engineers to support career growth and technical excellence

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience in fast-paced, scaling environments
• 1+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including mentoring and performance reviews
• Strong individual contributor skills with the ability to dive into the codebase
• Expertise in modern backend development (Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes)
• Expertise in frontend development (JavaScript, React)
• Experience managing and scaling teams of 8+ engineers
• Proven ability to deliver reliable, maintainable, and scalable platform-scale systems
• Strong technical leadership and architectural decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
