Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Attract and hire top-notch engineering talent
• Define technical strategy and roadmaps in collaboration with other groups
• Implement and champion effective engineering processes
• Partner with tech leads and architects on complex problem-solving
• Mentor direct reports through personal and performance management
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Business, and Operations teams
• Foster a culture of engineering craftsmanship and excellence

Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience
• 6+ years of experience with very large-scale applications
• 3+ years of experience in people management
• Strong proficiency in data structures and algorithms
• Experience with distributed systems and large-scale data handling
• Excellent coding skills in PHP, Python, C++, or Java
• Deep understanding of Web Technologies, RDBMS, and messaging systems
