Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across backend, frontend, and mobile tech stacks
• Lead a team of 5 engineers across multiple stacks
• Work on core Radar products using TypeScript, Rust, React, and Mobile languages
• Talk to Radar customers and prospects to incorporate feedback and ensure their success
• Act as a player-coach by writing code and reviewing PRs

Requirements

• Experience as a hands-on Engineering Manager or player-coach
• Ability to work in-person at the NYC HQ
• Generalist engineering mindset not tied to a single stack
• Interest in customer interaction and product success

Preferred Qualifications

• Former technical co-founder experience
• Experience with high throughput, high growth SaaS applications
• Experience with geospatial infrastructure or fraud detection
