Responsibilities

• Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery by balancing new features, quality management, and risk mitigation
• Drive technical and architectural strategy in partnership with Product Management to scale the Monitor platform
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering squads, fostering a culture of technical excellence and ownership
• Make key architectural decisions to ensure seamless integration between devices and safety dashboards

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager leading teams in complex, distributed systems
• Strong architectural mindset with the ability to influence technical decisions
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud-native technologies
• Experience with GCP and Golang is highly advantageous
• Track record of mentoring engineers and developing new leaders
• Excellent collaboration skills to partner with Product and stakeholders
• Ability to champion and integrate AI-driven tooling into the development lifecycle
