Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Raise and maintain a high engineering bar for iOS and macOS VPN products
• Enhance team efficiency through streamlined processes and structured ways of working
• Collaborate with Product to address quality concerns and deliver on the roadmap
• Strategically analyze engineering challenges and guide the team in iterative solutions
• Ensure transparent communication of priorities and technical decisions
• Foster team growth through 1-on-1s, performance evaluations, and career development
• Oversee cross-team projects with R&D, Backend, Infrastructure, QA, and Product
• Align engineering efforts with business objectives and security mission

Requirements

• Experience managing Mobile teams and delivering Mobile products
• Proven track record of improving product quality in fast-moving environments
• Experience leading release processes and delivering software at scale
• Strong understanding of mobile-specific engineering challenges
• Skilled in project management and stakeholder alignment
• Comprehensive understanding of the full application lifecycle (CI/CD, deployment, troubleshooting)
• Familiarity with low-level networking concepts like VPN protocols, DNS, or TCP/IP is beneficial
