Engineering Manager - Product Information Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop the team through coaching, strategic recruitment, and proactive planning
• Shape the strategic and technical roadmap for services, information models, and API platforms
• Ensure high quality, availability, and scalability with a focus on data and cybersecurity
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from product development, marketing, sales, and support
• Contribute to the Data-Driven Architecture management group and drive strategic initiatives in data and automation
• Foster a culture of openness, collaboration, and continuous learning

Requirements

• Background as a backend developer, architect, or tech lead with expertise in modern systems, APIs, and databases
• Experience leading and developing teams as a Team Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar role
• Strong understanding of enterprise APIs, data modeling, integrations, and complex information systems
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, preferably in a global context
• Analytical, structured, and curious approach to creating future-proof solutions
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
