Responsibilities

• Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams, fostering ownership and technical excellence
• Coach and develop engineers through regular feedback, mentorship, and career development
• Define long-term vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives
• Partner with Product, Data, and Design to prioritize high-impact initiatives
• Own execution and delivery, balancing speed, quality, and reliability
• Provide technical leadership and guide architectural decisions
• Champion engineering best practices and continuous improvement in code quality and operational excellence

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience building, leading, and scaling development teams
• Strong technical judgment and systems thinking
• Proven ability to partner with Product, Design, and Data teams
• Results-oriented track record of driving performance and measurable goals
• Ethical leadership style focused on empathy, transparency, and accountability
