Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across multiple layers of a rapidly growing product in the AI agents space
• Develop and leverage cutting-edge AI models, infrastructure, and browser technologies
• Exercise technical and product intuition to guide system architectures and product roadmaps
• Drive product reliability, code quality, AI evaluation, testing, and maintenance
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and mentorship for a rapidly growing team
• Interface with co-founders to deliver strategic objectives

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong foundational familiarity with the full AI product stack
• Domain expertise in context engineering, post-training/RL, or browser technologies
• Hands-on technical experience with frontier models
• Strong product intuition and user experience taste
• Experience managing engineering teams and recruiting talent
