Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering discipline or a major section within a larger discipline.
• Manage all engineering and design efforts for all disciplines required for major programs.
• Monitor the quality and progress of the discipline on each project to ensure production requirements are met.
• Partner with Project Managers to resolve issues related to staffing, work quality, schedule performance, or productivity.
• Support pre-contract and business development efforts as a technical consultant.
• Manage staffing levels and provide direction for regional business development efforts.
• Serve as the discipline lead for structural engineering in South Carolina.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of related work experience.
• Proven supervisory or managerial experience.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
