Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Manufacturing and Process Engineers within the Microwave Systems and MRO Value Stream
• Oversee engineering deliverables covering the full product lifecycle, including design for manufacturing and obsolescence resolution
• Lead the technical delivery of complex work packages and provide leadership to cross-functional teams
• Define and deliver customer requirements while managing technical and contractual impacts of changes
• Act as the primary technical interface for customers, building relationships based on transparency and trust
• Evaluate, manage, and mitigate technical risks and resolve issues preventing work progression
• Collaborate with other engineering managers to ensure on-time delivery of technical commitments

Requirements

• Electronic Engineering Degree
• 7-10 years of Systems Engineering experience
• Broad engineering knowledge of Microwave Systems, Power Supplies, and Command-Control-Telemetry Electrical Systems
• Strong electro-mechanical aptitude
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and guidelines
• Proven track record of developing project plans, schedules, and budgets

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in microwave radar and satcom systems
• Minimum of 5 years of customer-facing experience
• Strong Project Management skills
• Familiarity with Maintenance, Overhaul, and Repair (MRO) facilities
