Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team by hiring exceptional engineers and supporting their growth
• Raise the bar on engineering excellence through architecture reviews, testing, and code quality practices
• Drive platform strategy by partnering with leadership to execute long-term roadmaps and the next-generation Synchronizer API
• Lead cross-team execution to deliver complex, high-impact initiatives
• Foster a strong engineering culture centered on ownership, innovation, and reliability

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including managing managers
• Proven track record of coaching and developing engineers and managers
• Deep experience delivering complex, large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems
• Ability to balance engineering velocity with long-term technical quality
• Strong collaboration skills across Product, Sales, and Customer Success
• Experience scaling teams and systems in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
