- Lead a growing team of application engineers with a hands-on leadership approach
- Drive strategic technical decisions and lead cross-domain technical initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and direction
- Identify and implement improvements to increase team velocity and effectiveness
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams
- Balance hands-on engineering with big-picture strategic thinking
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Proven track record in large-scale distributed systems
- Significant hands-on experience building scalable, robust, and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with JVM or PHP stacks
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Customer-centric approach with strong product sense
- Analytical problem-solving skills and a bias towards action
