Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership by reviewing and debugging code to unblock engineers
• Author technical design documents (TDDs) for platform changes, integrations, and architectural decisions
• Lead architecture reviews and set standards for SuiteScript patterns and SuiteFlow design
• Mature the CI/CD pipeline using SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) and GitHub Actions
• Manage the engineering team's project portfolio, balancing implementation, enhancements, and technical debt
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Lead, mentor, and grow the NetSuite engineering team through 1:1s and career development planning

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience working in NetSuite
• At least 3 years in a formal engineering management or senior technical lead role
• Deep expertise in NetSuite OneWorld, including multi-subsidiary setup and global financial consolidation
• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules (GL, Order to Cash, Inventory, AP, AR, etc.)
• Proficiency in NetSuite configuration, customization, and scripting
• Experience with system integrations, data migration, and middleware
• Familiarity with Agile, Jira, and Git
• Proven ability to write production-quality code and lead architecture reviews

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation or Administrator
• Familiarity with PLM systems like Arena
• Experience with Salesforce integrations
