Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the transition of MMIC products from development to production phase
• Own MMIC test board development, production test fixture development, and production test plan creation
• Manage the design, build, and validation of Test Boards (TB) and Test Fixtures (TF)
• Collaborate with MMIC design, project management, quality, and mechanical design teams
• Perform gauge R&R studies of test fixtures to ensure repeatability and reproducibility
• Analyze production test data and assist the quality team with product qualification

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
• 7-10 years of experience in a supervisory position managing multi-functional engineering groups
• Strong knowledge of RF and Microwave test equipment (e.g., PNA-X, Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers)
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Solidworks for verifying drawings
• Experience with circuit level analysis tools such as ADS or MWO
• Experience with 3D EM simulation tools such as HFSS or CST
• Strong statistical skills and excellent oral/written communication
