Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and support the engineering team
• Lead development squads to achieve product visions
• Implement and monitor technical strategy performance metrics
• Lead the design and development of large-scale software solutions
• Maintain software quality by following company standards
• Contribute to architectural designs to improve service efficiency and flexibility
• Mentor and train team members on software design, team goals, and coding standards
• Work closely with Product Owners as a technical partner to provide business solution suggestions
• Collaborate with teams to brainstorm and create new product features

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience building and leading engineering teams
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a senior software developer
• Expert experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Experience developing big data, web-based technologies, and large-scale API platforms
• Expertise in one or more languages: Swift, Java, Golang, Kotlin, Node.js, or JavaScript
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS with understanding of functional programming
• AI skills, particularly in applying AI to software development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in both spoken and written Thai and English
