Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead technical representative in HAZOPs and design reviews
• Provide technical guidance to plant operations, project teams, and process engineers
• Design and develop project plans for new systems, upgrades, efficiency improvements, and maintenance projects
• Manage project timelines and cost controls to achieve safety, quality, and business requirements
• Develop system designs for ultra-high purity gas purification, handling, and disposal
• Establish technical system requirements by reviewing product requirements and customer specifications
• Maintain plant document control standards to ensure change and revision control
• Develop software and controls narratives and collaborate with system integrators
• Ensure compliance with Linde policy and government regulations
• Participate in final field safety inspections

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred)
• 5 years of experience in high purity gas manufacture and processing
• Working knowledge of applicable NFPA codes and CGA guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and AutoCAD
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
