Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end features across our fullstack platform
• Contribute directly to the codebase while supporting the growth of your team
• Lead architecture discussions and technical decision-making
• Ensure high standards in code quality, security, and performance
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to ship value quickly and reliably
• Review code, give feedback, and mentor engineers at all levels
• Champion best practices in development, DevOps, and continuous improvement
• Work with Node.js, React, Azure, AWS and Kubernetes
• Work every day to ensure your team is healthy and efficient

Requirements

• Seasoned fullstack or backend engineer with 1-3 years of leadership experience
• Ability to be hands-on while setting technical direction
• Skilled in building scalable products and owning complex systems end-to-end
• Strong communicator who leads with empathy and clarity
• Passionate about mentoring others and helping teams grow
• Confident working across backend, frontend, and infrastructure
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and solve problems independently
