Engineering Manager (Integrations)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6+ mid-senior full stack engineers based in London and India
• Support performance and career growth through regular one-on-ones, coaching, and mentoring
• Define a 1-3 year roadmap and vision for the Salesforce integrations team
• Evaluate technical design, architecture documents, and proposals
• Own large projects end-to-end including requirements, planning, and resource allocation
• Drive effective engineering processes and policies
• Scale the team through recruiting and interviewing
• Perform technical IC tasks including system design, architecture, and code reviews
• Assist with emerging Agentic AI technologies and initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years experience leading high-performing engineering teams
• 10+ years professional experience as an engineer or engineering leader
• Experience with the development of integrations and APIs
• Proficiency with ETL data pipelines
• Experience with Agentic AI
• Strong hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and mentorship skills
• Ability to work flexible hours to ensure overlap with IST and PST timezones
