Engineering Manager, Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure efforts across cloud and edge environments
• Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines
• Design scalable observability systems and drive system reliability
• Shape a seamless developer experience and maintain environment parity
• Ensure secure, high-quality data across all regions
• Manage cloud costs, security enforcement, and regional compliance like GDPR

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or SRE roles
• 2+ years in a technical management role
• Solid knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, CloudWatch)
• Hands-on experience with Terraform
• Proven experience in SRE with a focus on uptime and reliability
• Expertise in monitoring, observability, and reliability best practices
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline design and automation
• Experience with real-time, distributed, or IoT infrastructure
• Experience with Unix-based operating systems
• Experience managing split environments (Dev, Staging, Prod)
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline development for edge deployments
• Experience implementing best practices to improve DORA metrics
• Experience helping teams adopt AI-first workflows
